Prevents opening of duplicate tabs, flexible rules.

Prevents opening of duplicate tabs. Whenever a domain or URL is opened that exists in another tab, you will be switched to that tab instead of opening a duplicate. Block by domains or exact links. Whitelist domains and exact links. Block all dupes, or only what you add to your blocklist.
